April is just around the corner and spring is in the air . . . ok spring snow is in the air. Even so I can not wait to grill or have salads, cravings that are getting indulged some this week.

Chickpea curry, naan, cucumber yogurt salad
Thursday
Grilled pork chops, oven fries, roasted Brussels sprouts

Chicken sausage and penne, zucchini soup

i make the lazy woman's stroganoff: round steak, mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, milk and egg noodles. much easier than the real stuff.
the recipe i used is about as easy, i just used beef stew meat, cause it was what was thawed out ;), no sherry or flour . . cause we didn't have it and i forgot . . but otherwise tasty!
