I contributed to my first political campaign today, I don't even feel dirty about it! The Obama campaign has a program where first time donors are paired up and a matching donation is made by someone else around the country. This lets you, the donor, connect with another small amount donor to talk about how the campaign is going in their neck of the woods, how they got involved and why they are helping.
